Then we have "Hire a Diversity Officer", and "Hire black professionals to leadership positions". Ok, call my cynical, but doesn't this sound like the NAACP is putting their fat thumb on the scale of who gets jobs, as recommended by the "Diversity Officer", who is watching for 'black professionals' being hired. Sounds like they're looking to forestall Naugatuck's "nepotism", and replace it with their own. Mrs. Shattuck was right, there's no appeasing these people - they'll just keep grinding you down once they're in the door. Same Jessie Jackson/Al Sharpton shakedown, but now with "woke" as a new weapon.
